EPSA Staff

As president, Shelk is responsible for the overall management of the association, including programs in the areas of legislative affairs, regulatory policy development and public affairs. Shelk also serves as a member of the association's executive committee.

Bagot is responsible for federal regulatory policy development, including coordination of national regulatory policy with legislative and state efforts to support the continued development of competitive wholesale electricity markets.

Burlew is responsible for EPSA's advocacy efforts before the U.S. Congress and key Executive Branch agencies, on issues of interest to EPSA members and the competitive power sector, including federal electricity policy, cyber security and implementation of the Dodd-Frank financial reform law.
