CONCLUSION
EPSA is pleased to have been part of the Working Group. The collaborative process developed creative and innovative proposal which EPSA joins in urging the Commission to adopt. EPSA also appreciates the opportunity to file these separate comments, sharing with the Commission its views on certain key aspects of the Working Groups’ Recommendations. EPSA looks forward to working with the Commission and others within the industry on the development and implementation of workable dispute resolution procedures that will serve the emerging competitive markets well.
