On October 29, 1999, PJM Interconnection submitted several revised tariff sheets establishing separate unbundled charges for recovery of PJM's costs through eight formula rates, corresponding to eight separate service categories provided by PJM. In a Notice of Filing issued November 3, 1999, the Commission set November 18, 1999 as the deadline for timely interventions and protests.
