REQUEST FOR REHEARING ON PJM GRANDFATHERING PROCESS

Conclusion

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, EPSA asks the Commission to reconsider its June 17th Order and reject the grandfathering procedures therein. In the alternative, the Commission should itself review the application of the grandfathering procedures and ensure that the procedures were applied fairly and equitably.
