On December 15, 1999, Tampa Electric Company (Tampa Electric) filed revised tariff sheets seeking to include a new Generation to Schedule Imbalance (GSI) Service in its Open Access Transmission Tariffs. In a Notice of Filing issued December 22, 1999, the Commission set January 6, 2000 as the deadline for timely interventions and protests.
