On November 24, 1999, Pacific Gas and Electric Company filed a New Generator Interconnection Policy, consisting of (1) a Pro Forma Generator Interconnection Agreement; (2) a Pro Forma Agreement for Installation or Allocation of Special Facilities for Parallel Operation of Non-Utility Owned Generation; and, (3) a Pro Forma Generator Interconnection Policy. In a Notice of Filing, issued December 1, 1999, the Commission set December 14, 1999 as the deadline for timely interventions and protests.
