MOTION OF EPSA FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE, TAMPA ELECTRIC COMPANY

FOR THE REASONS SET FORTH HEREIN, EPSA respectfully requests permission to intervene in and become a party to this proceeding, and to be afforded all rights appropriate to that status. The Commission should reject or modify the GSI Service tariff proposed by Tampa Electric and open a generic docket to develop a standard tariff for generator imbalance service.
