III. CONCLUSION
WHEREFORE, EPSA respectfully requests that it be permitted to intervene in, and be made a party to, this proceeding with all the rights appropriate to that status. The Commission should require AEP to modify Attachment J, to the extent necessary, to conform to the provisions of Tennessee Power. EPSA also requests that the Commission issue a comprehensive policy statement on interconnection.
