MOTION OF EPSA FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE AND PROTEST, COMMONWEALTH EDISON CO., Docket No. EL00-25-000
IV.
WHEREFORE, EPSA, urges the Commission to preclude ComEd, et al. from implementing a congestion management system separate and apart from one developed by the MISO as a whole. In light of the commitment to regional transmission management evidenced by Order No. 2000, it would be unfortunate if the Commission, allowed ComEd, et al. to take actions that undermine the very goals the Commission is promoting.
EPSA respectfully requests leave to intervene in, and become a party to, this proceeding, and to be afforded all rights appropriate to that status.
