COMPLAINT REQUEESTING FAST TRACK PROCEDURES, PJM INTERCONNECTION, L.L.C.
AUTHORITY FOR SUBMITTAL OF COMPLAINT
The Complainants are acting pursuant to Sections 206 and 306 of the FPA and Rule 206 of the FERC's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Section 11.5(a) of the Operating Agreement specifically retains the rights of Members to file Complaints where they find that "any provision of this Agreement or any Schedule or practice hereunder" is "unjust, unreasonable, or unduly discriminatory under Section 206 of the Federal Power Act."
