COMPLAINT REQUEESTING FAST TRACK PROCEDURES, PJM INTERCONNECTION, L.L.C.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES
The Complainants have not used the Commission's Enforcement Hotline or Dispute Resolution Service. The Complainants and PJM have recently corresponded on this matter and it appears that there is a good faith disagreement between the parties regarding PJM's authority and FERC filing requirements under Section 205 of the FPA. Based upon conversations between representatives of PJM and the Complainants, PJM understands that the Complainants would be filing this Complaint for expeditious resolution of this matter.
The Complainants believe that Dispute Resolution under the Commission's supervision is unlikely to assist the parties in their efforts to resolve the issues set forth in this Complaint. In addition, Complainants do not believe that mediation of this legal issue would be effective.
