III. Conclusion
WHEREFORE, the Commission should reject the NYSEG’s complaint and the request by the Member Systems’ to impose price screens for New York’s energy and ancillary services markets this summer.
EPSA respectfully requests leave to intervene in, and become a party to, this proceeding, and to be afforded all rights appropriate to that status.
