MOTION OF EPSA FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE, SKYGEN ENERGY
III. CONCLUSION
WHEREFORE, the Commission should grant the remedies sought by SkyGen and require Southern to provide firm point-to-point transmission service for the Santa Rosa Facility. EPSA respectfully requests leave to intervene in, and become a party to, this proceeding, and to be afforded all rights appropriate to that status.
