MOTION OF EPSA FOR LEAVE IN OPPOSITION TO THE COMPLAINT, SDG&E
IV. Conclusion
Granting the relief SDG&E seeks would seriously jeopardize the continued development of competitive markets in California. Decisions regarding the operation of the California markets should be based upon sound economic analysis of complete information. SDG&E’s Complaint fails to provide that. Accordingly, for the reasons explained herein, EPSA urges the Commission to deny the relief SDG&E seeks in its Complaint.
