RE: Docket No. PL01-5—Technical Conference on RTO Interregional Coordination Under Order No. 2000 (Function 8)

If given the opportunity to participate in the conference, Exelon would first provide a candid look at the progress to date in the Northeast MOU process. For example, although a matrix outlining best practices on key business processes has been formulated, there has been little progress in implementing those best practices across all northeast regions. Specific examples from a wholesale trading perspective will be given. Secondly, an assessment of what has worked well and what has not worked well with the MOU process will be made. Thirdly, recommendations for moving forward will be made, focusing on what needs to be delivered if a truly “seamless” market is to exist.
