IV. The Order Does Not Specify an End
If the Commission decides to impose a reporting requirement, the final Order should specify a sunset date for the end of the reporting requirement. The issues that the reporting requirement is meant to address will most likely be addressed within the near term. Consequently the Commission should incorporate a sunset date setting out the end of this requirement, if the proposed Order should go forward.
