III. CONCLUSION
WHEREFORE, EPSA respectfully requests leave to intervene in, and become a party to, this proceeding, and to be afforded all rights appropriate to that status.
For the reasons stated therein, EPSA supports PJM’s revised OATT and Operating Agreement filing modifying the rules regarding the provision of station power.
