COMMENTS OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ASSOCIATION ON TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PUBLIC UTILITY MARKET-BASED RATE AUTHORIZATIONS
INTRODUCTION
Pursuant to the Commission’s November 30th Notice of Extension of Time (November 30th Notice) in Docket No. EL01-118-000, the Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) hereby files comments in response to the Commission’s Order Establishing Refund Effective Date and Proposing to Revise Market-Based Rate Tariffs and Authorizations issued on November 20, 2001 (November 20th Order) . The November 30th Notice extended the time for filing initial comments, arguments and evidence pursuant to the November 20th Order until January 5th, 2002.
