COMMENTS OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ASSOCIATION ON REVISED PUBLIC UTILITY FILING REQUIREMENTS
INTRODUCTION
On December 20th, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or the Commission) issued an Order Seeking Comments on Proposed Data Sets (Order), inviting comments on a proposed set of uniform data elements for public utilities’ quarterly electronic filings that would accompany the final rule revising the Commission’s filing requirements for public utilities. The Commission set January 28, 2002, as the deadline for comments on the Order. The Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) hereby files the following comments.
