On May 21st, 2002, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or the Commission) held a technical conference that addressed the staff analysis of the major issues raised in comments on the Commission’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) on the new standards of conduct that would apply uniformly to natural gas and electric transmission providers and their energy affiliates. The Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) thanks the Commission for the opportunity it had at the conference to express its views on the proposed inclusion of bundled retail sales under the affiliate rules and hereby files these additional comments.
