PROTEST OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ASSOCIATION re: PJM INTERCONNECTION, L.L.C.
COMMENTS
The PJM Supplemental Filing simply extends to PJM West the problem that EPSA protested in its June 14th Motion. Again, revisions are being made to the MMP without proper, sufficient and legal notice. EPSA objects to this filing due to the insufficiency of the process by which the revisions have been accepted in PJM, and are now being extended to PJM West, and requests the same relief sought in the June 14th Motion.
