COMMENTS OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ASSOCIATION re: CRITICAL ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE INFORMATION AND POLICY STATEMENT ON THE TREATMENT OF PREVIOUSLY PUBLIC DOCUMENTS

CONCLUSION

EPSA appreciates the attention the Commission is giving to these important issues and the concern reflected in the NOPR for the need of industry stakeholders to access information that may fall within the CEII definition. We look forward to continuing to work with the Commission and other industry participants in developing ways for FERC to determine how to control access to sensitive information in ways that do not compromise or disrupt the transition to competitive wholesale electric markets.
