CONCLUSION

WHEREFORE, for the reasons set forth above, EPSA respectfully requests that the Commission grant its timely motion for leave to intervene and urges the Commission not to approve the Entergy application without a complete demonstration that the PPAs are the product of a fair, transparent, non-discriminatory and non-preferential process.
