MOTION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE AND PROTEST OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ASSOCIATION re: SOUTHERN POWER COMPANY
CONCLUSION
WHEREFORE, for the reasons set forth above, EPSA respectfully requests that the Commission grant its timely motion for leave to intervene and urges the Commission not to approve the Southern Power application without a complete demonstration that the PPAs do not adversely affect competition in that market.
