MOTION OF EPSA FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE, PROTEST AND CONSOLIDATE RELATED PROCEEDINGS FOR HEARING re: ENTERGY SERVICES, INC., EWO MARKETING, LP, ENTERGY POWER, INC.

CONCLUSION

WHEREFORE, for the reasons set forth above, EPSA respectfully requests that the Commission grant its timely motion for leave to intervene in Docket Nos. ER03-744-000, and urges the Commission to consolidate for review and set for hearing all four Entergy applications so that Entergy may fully demonstrate that the PPAs are the product of a fair, transparent, non-discriminatory and non-preferential process.
