Pursuant to Sections 212 and 214 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission), 18 C.F.R. §§ 385.212 and 214, the Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) respectfully files this motion for leave to intervene in the above-captioned proceeding. On April 18, 2003, Entergy Services, Inc., (Entergy) filed to amend Entergy’s System Agreement, Service Schedule MSS-4 (April 18 filing).
