Motion for Leave to Intervene and Comments of the Electric Power Supply Association re: AES Somerset, LLC v. Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation

Conclusion

WHEREFORE, EPSA respectfully requests that its motion for leave to intervene in, and become a party to, this proceeding be granted. EPSA further urges that the Commission expeditiously grant the relief requested by Somerset; thereby affirming the Commission’s previous Station Power Orders by acknowledging the ability and right of competitive generation to self-supply it station power requirement.
