Pursuant to Rules 212 and 214 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission), 18 C.F.R. §§ 385.212 and 214, the Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) hereby moves for leave to intervene and comment on the above-captioned Application by Entergy Services, Inc. on the behalf of the Entergy Operating Companies filing for revision to its Open Access Tariff (OATT), specifically regarding the revised creditworthiness provision (Section 11) of its OATT. EPSA recommends that the Commission suspend the filing for five months and hold a technical conference and add to the substance of Entergy’s proposal prior to the end of the five months suspension.
