Motion for Leave to Intervene and Comment of the Electric Power Supply Association re: Entergy Services, Inc.
Conclusion
WHEREFORE, for the reasons set forth above, EPSA respectfully requests that the Commission accept and suspend Entergy’s creditworthiness proposal for five months. EPSA recommends that the Commission convene a technical conference during the suspension period to address Entergy’s proposal so that certain clarifications can be made and non-discriminatory creditworthiness standards can be established.
