Conclusion
For the reasons explained above, EPSA applauds the MISO’s effort which, in conjunction with an effective stakeholder consensus process, has resulted in much progress toward the development of competitive energy markets in the Midwest. While generally supporting the TEMT, EPSA urges the Commission to give clear direction to the ongoing stakeholder consensus process by addressing the issues raised herein and providing the strong hand needed for the MISO to launch its energy markets in March, 2004.
