Conclusion
For the reasons stated herein and in Competitive Supplier’s initial comments in this proceeding, if the Commission goes forward with issuing market behavior rules, Competitive Suppliers urge the Commission to adopt the modifications set forth in Competitive Supplier’s initial comments and reject the inappropriate recommendations of other parties addressed in these reply comments.
