Request of EPSA for Clarification and Rehearing of Order No. 2003-A re: Standardization of Generator Interconnection Agreements and Procedures

Conclusion

EPSA has been a strong supporter of the Commission’s efforts to standardize generation interconnection procedures and agreements. However, in certain specific areas, discussed herein, EPSA is concerned that Order No. 2003-A makes significant and unwarranted changes to the policies and procedures developed through the ANOPR and in the Final Rule. As discussed here, EPSA urges the Commission to clarify, or issue rehearing, on these issues to restore the important progress made to date in this proceeding.
