Comments of EPSA on Southern Power Co.'s Request to Withdraw its McIntosh PPAs
Preface
The Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) hereby submits comments on the May 20, 2004, Southern Power Company (Southern Power) request to withdraw its McIntosh Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and motion to suspend the hearing process filed in the above-captioned docket. The Commission issued a notice of the Southern filing on May 24, 2004, in which it invites comment on Southern’s request and asks “whether there are issues that were raised in the above-captioned dockets that remain unresolved despite Southern Power’s request to withdraw the McIntosh PPAs.”
