Comments of EPSA on Commisions's Efforts to Encourage Voluntary Price Reporting
Conclusion
Competitive markets depend on reliable prices. As such, EPSA has supported each Commission action taken to correct market irregularities associated with price formation and indices. As the Commission details in the Staff report, it has taken sufficient action on price reporting and indices. Therefore, the Commission should accept the current progress on price reporting and continue its policy of promoting voluntary price reporting. In addition, the Commission should continue to promote organized markets.
