IV. CONCLUSION

WHEREFORE, EPSA respectfully requests that the Commission grant its motion to intervene and protest and take whatever actions are necessary to ensure that future utility—affiliate power deals do not occur without meaningful competitive solicitations that promote robust, liquid wholesale and retail electricity markets by establishing and preserving equal opportunities for competitive power suppliers.
