EPSA's Motion to Intervene Out of Time and Protest New England NESCO
CONCLUSION
WHEREFORE, for the reasons set forth above, EPSA respectfully requests that the Commission grant its motion for leave to intervene out of time and urges the Commission to reject certain aspects of the NESCOE proposal pending further deliberations in RTO-NE.
