EPSA's Motion to Intervene and Comment on MISO's Proposed Schedule 21
PREFACE
Pursuant to Sections 211 and 214 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission), 18 C.F.R. § 385.212 and 214, the Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) respectfully files this motion for leave to intervene and comment in the above-captioned proceeding. As explained below, EPSA applauds the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc.’s (MISO) efforts in developing Schedule 21, which will substantially contribute to greater reliability, seams elimination, market transparency and consumer protection.
