EPSA's Motion to Intervene and Comment on MISO's Proposed Schedule 21
CONCLUSION
For the reasons explained above, EPSA applauds the MISO’s effort which, in conjunction with an effective stakeholder consensus process, has resulted in much progress toward the development of a workable Schedule 21. Accordingly, EPSA urges the Commission to (1) approve the MISO’s proposed Schedule 21 and allow the MISO to implement it by October 1, 2004; and (2) direct the MISO to make the penalty provisions in Schedule 2 and Schedule 21 uniform.
Respectfully submitted,
