EPSA Comments on Changes In Status for Public Utilities with Market-Based Authority
CONCLUSION
EPSA urges the Commission to consider the comments set forth herein, and incorporate such comments into a supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to be issued for comment by all interested parties on specific proposed language and requirements before final implementation of new reporting requirements for public utilities.
