EPSA Comments On The PJM Amendments and Market Monitor's Report
CONCLUSION
EPSA has significant concerns about the PJM response and competitive analysis in the instant proceeding, due to the insufficient background information provided with the report. The Commission should convene a technical conference so that the PJM Market Monitor can present and explain the methodologies that support the competitive analysis conclusions.
