EPSA's Request For Clarification or, in the Alternative, Rehearing of the PJM Interconnection
Introduction
On January 25, the Commission issued an order on rehearing and compliance concerning, inter alia, retirements in PJM, the exemption of certain generators from the offer capping rules and PJM’s proposal to suspend offer-capping based on a no-three pivotal suppliers test. EPSA requests clarification or rehearing of four aspects of the Commission’s order.
