EPSA's Protest On the OMS Offer of Proof
Conclusion
As EPSA has explained in connection with other proceedings, protecting commercially sensitive information is critical to the integrity and effectiveness of well-functioning competitive wholesale markets. Therefore, EPSA urges the Commission to direct the Midwest ISO to refile data confidentiality provisions of its tariff that are consistent with the fundamental protections contained in the PJM confidentiality rules to ensure that only those with a legal right and legitimate need for such information are granted access to such information.
