EPSA's Motion to Intervene Out of Time and Comments on the SPP Open Access Tariff Revisions

Conclusion

For the reasons explained above, EPSA urges the Commission to accept the SPP transmission pricing proposal, as the resulting cost allocation revisions will help ensure a non-discriminatory transmission upgrade pricing plan that promotes regional transmission infrastructure addition, increases reliability and fairly allocates costs.
