Preface
Pursuant to Rule 211 and 212 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission), 18 C.F.R. § 385.211 and 212, the Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) respectfully submits this motion for consolidation of the instant proceedings and technical conference on PJM’s “no-three pivotal supplier test.”
