EPSA's Motion to Intervene and Comment in Support of Complaint to Implement Interim Reliability Capacity Services Tariff
Statement of Issues
A. EPSA makes a motion for intervention in this docket pursuant to 18 CFR § 385.214 (2004), and further files comments pursuant to 385.211 (2004).
B. EPSA comments that the Commission should approve the IEP proposal for a RCST interim mechanism to replace the current MOO provision.
C. Pursuant to IEP's request, EPSA supports that FERC convene a technical conference to discuss and further refine specific details and language associated with the RCST.
