EPSA's Motion for Leave to Intervene and Comments on ComEd and ExGen IAP
Conclusion
For the reasons laid out above, and in the attached comments, EPSA urges the Commission to accept ComEd’s IAP under the Allegheny safe-harbor designation as a satisfactory Edgar process. EPSA further urges the Commission to act by December 15, 2005, to ensure that the ICC may have all necessary information at its disposal before it renders its decision on the IAP.
